Events

The Willamette Valley Basenji Club hosts many different events a year.

Annual Winter (~January) and Summer (~July) Conformation Specialties & Sweepstakes. These events are only open to Basenji.

AKC Lure Trials & JC / QC Tests are open to AKC sighthounds and typically held during the fall.

AKC Coursing Ability Tests (CATs) are open for all breeds to enter and are typically held twice a year (around the end of May & end of September).

AKC Fast Coursing Ability Tests (FCATs) are open for all breeds to enter and are typically held three times a year (in conjunction with the CATs and additionally during mid-late July).
